NI observed an inflatable, 2 POB, drifting into main channel, HMCG and VTS informed. CG told NCI had visual. Yacht took vessel in tow, then Police boat arrived, recovered 2 POB, but left
dinghy drifting. NCI lost sight of dinghy.
