Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. a call from a person threatening self harm. Search requested, nothing seen initially, ILB and CRT tasked. ILB located casualty on rocks close to lookout. Casualty, who was
intoxicated, was reluctant to come off rocks. Police attended, and accompanied casualty to hospital.
