Incident Summary:
NCI observed a MOP behaving erratically on beach, and was now on pier. Police had attended. MOP advised NCI the casualty had drunk a considerable quantity of alcohol, and was now threatening to
jump from the pier. HMCG advised. CRT tasked, and MsOP and CRT persuaded casualty to move to safety
