Incident Summary:
A yacht issued a Pan Pan due to engine failure in the main shipping channel. NCI located vessel on CCTV, HMCG informed. A vessel in the area offered a tow. Yacht then appeared to be under way, and
confirmed engine was running fine. After consultation, it was agreed to cancel the Pan Pan, assets stood down.
