HMCG called NCI asking if they had recorded a drifting kayak - negative. CRT then told NCI a kayak and paddle had been found on the beach, and gave details if owner appeared. A moored yacht was
contacted by CG, and kayak turned out to be stolen from alongside yacht and then abandoned. NFA
