NCI observed 2 kite/foil boarders attempting a passage to Newquay. One appeared in trouble, and returned to beach. second board was out of sight. HMCG were informed of concern. First boarder
informed NCI the second boarder was experienced, had a radio, and was continuing, and that CG were aware of their intentions. Info passed to St Agnes head NCI.
