NCI observed 2 persons on an inflatable paddle board, falling off board with the tide ebbing. W/K used hailer to alert them to danger, and HMCG were informed., monitoring requested. After contacting
casualties, they returned to shore, thankful for the warning by NCI. All safe, CG updated.
