Incident Summary:
NCI observed 5 young adults crossing the channel after warning siren. 2 swam to safety, others attracted attention, HMCG informed. ILB tasked, however the 3 reached safety. A sixth person was spotted
unaware of the incoming tide, and ILB relaunched and did a step before returning to shore.
