Incident Summary:
A yacht issued a Pan pan - engine failure and little wind. Police launch went to assist. Vessel then reported they had restarted engine, but requested Police launch shadowed then to safety. HMCG asked
NCI to monitor situation, and check weather conditions. Pan Pan was cancelled. Casualty was escorted into port and safety.
