Incident Summary:
HMCG asked NCI for visual on 2 MOP notified by Police to be at risk. Visual established at waters edge, tide coming in. CRT and ILB tasked, as casualties about to be cut off by tide. 1 Casualty
appeared to be trying to prevent the other from self harming. Casualties waded ashore, up to chests, one very distressed. It transpired one had attempted suicide, and ran off. Police apprehended
casualty, assets stood down, but police action continued.
