Incident Summary:
NCI observed a yacht, broken mast and sail in the water, in front of lookout. HMCG were informed, but already aware. 2 RIBs and Police launch offered assistance. Casualty was disentangled from buoy,
and escorted back to the marina by one of the RIBs.
