Incident Summary:
NCI observed a lone swimmer in difficulty. HMCG informed bur were already aware. Position supplied. CRT tasked, and casualty was by then in distress. CRT tasked a paddle boarder to casualty, and
recovered them, but found it difficult to make headway. 2nd paddle boarder went to help, and all 3 made it to the shore. Casualty was handed over to ambulance.
