NCI Porthcawl Contacted CG advising them that a person trying to rescue a parrot was now stuck on pier. WK went to speak to casualty and ascertained unable to to ascend to safety. Advised not to jump
as rocks belowILB launched but unable to assist owing to tide.. CRT Fire Service also now on scene. Managed to get casualty on ILB -returned to LB station. Casualty and a friend became abusive and
police removed. All stood down
