HHNCI observed Speedboat with apparent engine problems 3POB= Call from CG asking if we had eyes on - confirmed and gave exact position- request to monitor - informed that casualty arranged help
NCI advised CG casualty appeared to be under tow by jet ski - heading E JET ski also broke down. ILB tasked - NCI conned to casualties - towed all to harbour
