Pan Pan heard by NCI Prawle Point faint signal - heard bt RN yachts who headed to poss position and established VHF contact. NCI contacted CG who had not heard
confirmed that heard comms between assisting Yachts. Contacted CG to advise visual and both yachts were assisting with comms- NCI contacted CG to advise larger vessel had taken casualty in tow.
