NCI observed 2 paddle boarders, who had fallen off and were unable to remount boards,. They were drifting out to sea, HMCG informed, CRT amd Hovercraft tasked. A swimmer went out to assist, and
pulled casualties to the beach, one casualty in distress. Assets stood down.
