Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI asking for visual on a vessel - negative so monitoring requested. All vessels asked to look out for vessel. ILB tasked, second vessel then reported seeing the casualty vessel, out of
control and circling. AWLB and HELO tasked, NCI monitored. ILB reported casualty found, deceased, face down in water. Paramedics confirmed casualty was deceased, assets stood down.
