NCI overheard a radio message re. person in the water by a buoy. NCI established visual, and informed HMCG. Reporting vessel recovered casualty, who needed urgent medical care, and an ambulance was
requested. The vessel, a ferry, was met by an ambulance, and the casualty transferred.
