NCI observed a body board, an adult and child on board, being taken out to sea by strong tide. HMCG informed, W/Kmonitored casualties, ILB tasked. W/K then informed lookout that they had encountered
slack water, and were drifting ashore. CG updated, casualties reached shore, with no obvious problems. CG updated.
