Incident Summary:
NCI observed 2 MOP enter turbulent water in known danger area. A further three seemed about to enter water, one and dog stayed on shore. NCI informed harbour vessel, and HMCG. Vessel advised
family, who left the water, LGs asked by CG to investigate, and they confirmed they were leaving area. All safe.
