Incident Summary:
CRT asked NCI to monitor a dinghy, 3 POB, planning a passage. Vessel located, and seen to go onto the rocks, occupants appeared okay, HMCG informed. The dinghy was recovered and relaunched by
the occupants, and continued. CG updated, ILB tasked, NCI asked to monitor. ILB connected vessel, and guided it safely to shore. NFA.
