Incident Summary:
NCI observed 2 persons in kayak, capsize then right it, but one unable to get back onboard. Casualties attempting to swim ashore, NCI concerned for their safety. W/K then lost visual, bu saw two
exit the water, exhausted. HMCG informed, CRT tasked. Casualties seemed okay, and got back on the water and paddled to the beach where their car ws parked. All safe.
