Incident Summary:
NCI overheard event organisers reporting a canoe participating in a race was in difficulty. It then developed that several were in struggling, but visibility was poor. NCI informed HMCG of concern.
Organisers requested assistance, AWLB and ILB were tasked. All casualties were brought safely ashore. CG updated.
