HMCG called NCI asking for a search for a fishing vessel, 1 POB, with engine failure. W/K went to cliff edge and identified casualty, and updated CG that casualty was being assisted by a second vessel
casualty was towed to safety by second vessel, NCI monitored until safely in harbour.
