MOP informed NCI a person was possibly in difficulty in the water. casualty located on CCTV, and showed no distress, although was being buffeted by the waves. HMCG informed, monitoring
requested. Casualty then appeared at the slip, with a bodyboard and appeared okay. CG updated, NFA.
