NCI heard message from FV to HMCG re. upturned kayak on rocks, person holding onto it. Updated to say kayak now in water, person clinging on. Not visible from NCI. AWLB tasked, CG requested
NCI monitor FV and LB. Casualty recovered position and paddled to FV, and taken onboard. NCI conned LB to FV, casualty transferred and returned to shore.
