Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a yacht in difficulty off beach. NCI located vessel, which appeared at anchor, sails down. ILB and CRT tasked, ILB attempted tow, but due to ebbing tide,
vessel was stuck. One casualty on board was deteriorating, so CRT used dry suits to reach vessel and take casualty off. Ambulance, initially unavailable, then arrived to take casualty to hospital.
