Yacht issued Pan Pan due to engine failure, and problem with mainsail. Skipper had lifejacket but no life raft. NCI had logged vessel and had visual, CG informed. AWLB tasked, and went alongside yacht
which had drifted into a safer position. LB took casualty vessel under tow to safety of harbour.
