Incident Summary:
Yacht in race issued a Pan Pan with engine failure and making no progress. Casualty put more sail up, and made some progress, CG updated by NCI. Vessel then reported to be making way, but AWLB had
been tasked. Pan Pan cancelled, casualty escorted towards harbour, then taken under tow by LB to berth.
