Incident Summary:
NCI observed an inflatable, 1 POB, enter the water, then return and was abandoned on shore. Dinghy then drifted away, HMCG informed, and they contacted VTS to arrange collection. Dinghy was then
retrieved by a RIB, 3 POB, then tased to a different position, and thrown into water. CG updated. Dinghy was then recovered by Port Patrol. Unable to contact original occupant of dinghy.
