HMCG called NCI re. report from ~MOP of a wing foiler in difficulty. Search requested. Casualty located, lying on board and trying to reach beach. CG updated. ILB tasked after discussion with NCI re.
status of casualty, however the casualty did manage to self rescue, and LB cancelled. Casualty safe.
