Incident Summary:
Harbour Board called NCI re. person in an inflatable drifting offshore. NCI established visual, and casualty was by then in the water, away from his dinghy. HMCG informed of situation. Casualty swam
and reached the beach, unharmed. He declined further assistance. ILB had been tasked and commenced search for inflatable, which had drifted on the wind.
