HMCG called NCI re. report of vulnerable person, possible self harm, who may have entered water. NCI cameras revealed nothing, ILB x 2 tasked, CRT also on scene. Nothing seen by NCI, ILBs, CRT.
Police later advised casualty had been found, and was in custody. Assets stood down.
