Incident Summary:
NCI observed a RIB, 3 POB, appear to lose power and start drifting towards a wreck. casualty was joined by second RIB, both then drifted towards island. HMCG informed. NCI unable to contact casualty.
Both RIBs then regained power and returned safely to harbour. NFA
