Incident Summary:
NCI observed a fisherman asleep on rocks near lookout. W/K approached casualty, whose words appeared slurred. NCI were concerned due to deteriorating weather, HMCG informed. NCI informed Police, but
unable to attend. CG asked NCI for update - no change, weather getting worse, NCI asked to continue monitoring. When it was dark, NCI closed lookout, informed CG, who liaised with Police.
