NCI observed abandoned fishing gear on rocks. HMCG informed, NCI haveng seen a fisherman asleep on same rocks. CRT tasked, and found a person sleeping in rock area, having been there all night.
Casualty was sleeping rough, and would be moving on soon. NFA.
