NCI were monitoring a wind surfer who was down in the water, HMCG called NCI saying a MOP had reported a wind surfer in difficulty. NCI confirmed visual, and had been monitoring. Rig appeared
broken. ILB tasked, NCI updated position to LB. ILB recovered casualty to beach.
