Incident Summary:
MNCI observed a MOP fall close to lookout. NCI offered assistance, and decided they needed medical help. A call on 111 was made, a clinician phoned back after 60 mins, photos of injury sent, and
despite language difficulties, it was decided casualty should be driven to major hospital for treatment.
