Incident Summary:
NCI observed a casualty being carried out of water, LGs assisting. HMCG informed, LGs carried out CPR, and requested HELO. CRT tasked. NCI gave weather update. HELO arrived on beach, paramedics
attended casualty, Second HELO (CG ) also arrived at beach, along with Police. Sadly, casualty was declared deceased, and was taken by CRT to ambulance. Assets dispersed.
