Incident Summary:
LGs called NCI with concern for 2 MOP + dogs on sands. NCI had been monitoring and was becoming concerned. HMCG called NCI for update, casualties not showing much concern. Casualties tried to
wade ashore, but water too deep . ILB tasked, crew had to wade to casualties. ILB recovered casualties to shore, checked by CRT.
