Incident Summary:
As NCI opened lookout, the AWLB was being launched to a sinking vessel. 2 persons in the water. HMCG informed NCI had visual. LB recovered casualties, and transferred them to a waiting ambulance.
A fishing vessel reported sunken hull was just below surface. Marker buoy was placed in position until hull could be recovered.
