Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. report from naval vessel of an unmanned sailing vessel, which appeared to be drifting. NCI established visual, AWLB tasked to attend. NCI kept CG updated. LB located vessel, and
confirmed it was a vessel which had broken its mooring 2 days ago. LB put crew aboard, and towed to harbour and safety.
