Incident Summary:
MOP informed NCI a truck and trailer with jets on was driving at speed on the beach, with concern for life. W/K attended and spoke to driver, and Police were informed. Police arrived, vehicle had left
and jets refused to come ashore. HMCG informed of incident. Marine police were tasked. Apparently this was one of several incidents with this vehicle, and jetski. Police seized vehicle and jetski.
