Incident Summary:
NCI observed a paddle boarder, no buoyancy aid, fall off board. HMCG informed, monitoring requested. Casualty managed to sit on board, then moved out of sight. CRT tasked, and established visual.
CRT made contact with casualty, still out of sight of NCI, who was by then on beach. Apparently he had been snorkelling, giving the impression he was unconscious. All safe.
