LGs phoned NCI re. report from MOP of a despondent person near cliff edge. NCI observed a MOP approach casualty and escort them away from cliff. HMCG informed, monitoring requested.
ILB tasked to check cliffs, Police and CRT on scene. No sign of casualty or second person, who had been seen walking away from scene. Assets stood down.
