Incident Summary:
Motor vessel was observed by NCI to be towing what appeared to be an old trawler. Large commercial vessel reported vessels were drifting towards them. HMCG informed, and contacted towing vessel.
Towing vessel then reported the towed vessel was sinking. NCI extended watch, and towed vessel then sank. CG updated.
