Incident Summary:
Pan Pan issued by yacht with a broken forestay, NCI called HMCG, asked for location, but nothing visible. Updated position was then given, NCI could see mainsail of vessel, with AWLB in attendance.
Casualty advised it was sailing on a jury rig, and was escorted by LB to port. NFA
