HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a paddle boarder in difficulty. Nothing seen. Radio traffic then suggested a paddle boarder was on the rocks, ILB went to investigate. LB asked NCI for visual -
still negative. LB then contacted paddle boarder, who confirmed he was the casualty. Casualty self recovered. NFA.
