HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a wind surfer in trouble. NCI established visual, casualty lying on board and paddling, seperate from mast and sail. HMCG informed as casualty was tiring. ILB
tasked, and met casualty, who was almost ashore. LB recovered mast and sail. All well.
