Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. kite surfer in difficulty. Confusion over location. NCI could see kite surfers at a distance. Casualty was being helped ashore by second kite surfer. CRT and Hovercraft tasked, and
then onto grass. Ambulance guided to casualty by NCI, and taken to hospital.
